The successful candidate will oversee a talented team, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the production team, setting challenging goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Develop production plans and schedules in alignment with customer demands, optimizing resource utilization.Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.Establish and enforce stringent quality control standards and procedures, ensuring all products meet or exceed customer expectations.Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track key production indicators and provide regular updates to management.Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed, conducting regular safety audits and promoting a culture of safety awareness.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment Preferred.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
