Overview:
We are is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing vacancy turnovers, scheduling day-to-day maintenance, managing vendor contacts, and coordinating large maintenance and capital improvement projects. Additionally, the role involves handling city and insurance inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage property vacancy turnovers, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Schedule and coordinate daily maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Contact and schedule vendors for various maintenance and repair services.
- Manage and supervise large-scale maintenance projects and capital improvements.
- Facilitate city and insurance inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and inspections.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Coordinator.
- Prior experience in property management.
- Proficiency with computer systems; knowledge of AppFolio is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma required; additional education or certification in general maintenance practices preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to start immediately.
