Greystone Programs is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time Case Manager role in Dutchess County, NY. This position blends hands-on nursing care with administrative responsibilities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care and clinical oversight.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Provide phone and in-person nursing triage.
- Advocate for individuals during medical appointments.
- Support and train direct care staff.
Schedule & Location
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8am - 5pm
- No On Call or Holidays or Weekends!
- Local travel required; mileage reimbursement provided.

Valid NYS Registered Nurse and driver's license required. Previous nursing experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.

Salary : $87,000 - $90,000
