Facilities Maintenance Technician – Residential Programs
Greystone Programs is seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our community residences for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is essential to ensuring our homes remain safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. Company vehicle provided during work hours. Must have basic hand-tools - additional tools and equipment provided. Some on call responsibility - rotating weekend coverage.
Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs across assigned group homes

Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, sheetrock repair and painting tasks

Install and troubleshoot household appliances

Maintain grounds, including lawn care and seasonal clean-up

Provide snow removal to ensure safe access to residences

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications

Experience in carpentry, plumbing, sheetrock repair/painting and appliance installation

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
