We seek dependable, caring, energetic individuals who have an interest in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in beautiful residential settings located in Dutchess, Orange and Ulster Counties.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play an important role in the lives of the people you support helping them to develop skills that enhance their independence, achieve personal goals and dreams, support and maintain their healthcare needs, participate in life enriching activities and provide positive behavior guidance.

Starting Pay: $19.00 - $23.25 an hour based on experience and education. Potential to earn $21.00-$25.25 an hour.
$500 retention bonus for full time positions only after 6 months of continuous employment.
