HEALTH CARE COORDINATOR

Provide direct care supports to adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. This position serves as an assistant to the RN and Residence Manager – makes doctor’s appointments, administers medication, tracks heath data, and more. Candidates must have current AMAP certification or ability to achieve AMAP certification within 3 months.
