Assistant Supervisor of Day and Employment Services

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in providing day-to-day oversight of our day habilitation/after-school programs—Club ATLAS and Club ASPIRE—as well as our employment services. This role assists the program supervisor to ensure high-quality, life-enriching experiences for the children and young adults that attend our year-round programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in providing daily operational leadership for our day habilitation, after-school and employment programs.
• Supervise, coach, train, schedule, and support staff to deliver engaging and meaningful activities.
• Communicate regularly with families to ensure collaboration and person-centered support.
• Review program documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Recommend community partnerships to create diverse opportunities for community-based activities and employment.
• Step in to support direct service delivery when staffing shortages arise; May provide transportation to program participants using a company vehicle.
• Assist with developing enriching activities and procuring activity/program supplies.

• Monday–Friday - 10am-6:30pm

Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role, as well as familiarity with day and employment services under OPWDD and a valid drivers license is required.
