CONCRETE LABORER/ FINISHER
We are Greystone Concrete & Construction, LLC. located in Winona, MN. Our workload generally consists of Residential and Light Commercial New Construction. This work includes ICF Foundations, Flatwork, and Truck Scale Foundation Installation for customers local and the surrounding area. We are looking for a full-time people to join our team. Quality matters here. Jobs Available:
LEAD FINISHER/ FOREMAN- Able to direct a jobsite from forming to pour and keep laborers working smoothly. Assess jobsite and coordinate. Able to finish concrete of all types. Offering premium wages for this person.
GENERAL LABOR- Ideal candidate has experience in concrete slab/ wall forming and flatwork finishing or a strong desire to learn and excel. Let's chat about a position for you with a great local company!

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred; Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be able to work in a team environment with a positive attitude toward their company, co-workers, and customers. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, bend repeatedly without breaking, climb ladders as tall as 12 feet, kneel frequently without fear or discomfort. Must be able to safely operate power equipment such as mowers & saws & other heavy equipment such as drills & chisels & other heavy machinery including hand tools & cranes & hoists & forklifts & other heavy equipment including drills & chisels & other heavy equipment such as grinders & saws & other heavy equipment including grinders & saws & other construction equipment
