Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant at Greystar, located in Noblesville, IN. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, showcasing available apartment units, and managing the leasing process from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include conducting property tours, maintaining resident satisfaction, accurately processing lease agreements, and leading renewals while upholding a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, as well as the ability to present leasing and property amenities effectively to prospective residents
- Proficiency in using property management software and basic office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with leasing teams to achieve property goals and maintain high occupancy rates
- Prior experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of coursework in real estate or property management preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
