Greystar has an immediate opening for a Leasing Professional at Eagle Point in Cheney, WA. Eagle Point Apartments caters to the students of Eastern Washington University, those stationed at nearby Fairchild AFB, and everyone else who calls the tightknit community of Cheney, WA home. This 660 unit garden-style community offers new apartments with comfortable interiors and access to resort-style amenities. The community is within distance of EWU and just minutes from Interstate 90 for any trips to Spokane.

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service

• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours

• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'

• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes

• Community event planning and execution

• Follow up with prospects by phone and email

• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units

• Assisting in lease renewals

• Respond to resident concerns

What we are looking for

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions

• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
