Greystar has an immediate opening for a Leasing Professional at Avila located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

Property Type: Stabilized

Unit Count: 498

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 9am - 6pm *Subject to change dependent on business needs

Job Requirements: 1 year of leasing experience preferred.

What your day might look like

· Conduct prospect building and apartment tours including virtual leasing and touchless in person tours

· Inspecting apartments prior to resident move ins to ensure move-in ready condition

· Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes

· Community event planning and execution

· Follow up with prospects by phone and email

· Assist in lease renewals

· Respond to resident concerns

· Being part of a team and having fun while providing great customer service

What we are looking for

· Previous sales and customer service experience required, previous leasing experience is preferred

· Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) highly desired

· Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions

· High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
