Position Summary

Greyson is seeking a Women’s Community & Styling Specialist to help shape and grow the future of the Greyson Women’s Collection, Scarlet, within our retail locations.

This is more than a traditional retail role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, styling, relationships, and community. Someone excited to help build an authentic women’s business within a rapidly growing luxury lifestyle brand.

The ideal candidate is deeply connected to the Greyson aesthetic and lifestyle and understands how to create meaningful client relationships through elevated service, thoughtful styling, and genuine community engagement. This individual will serve as both a stylist and brand ambassador, helping bring the Greyson Women’s world to life through one-on-one appointments, in-store experiences, local partnerships, and community-driven events.

We are looking for someone who naturally inspires others, builds relationships effortlessly, and thrives in environments that blend fashion, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. This role offers the opportunity to help grow a category, cultivate a loyal women’s client community, and become a key voice in shaping the women’s experience within the Den.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help build and grow the women’s business within the location through elevated styling, relationship building, and clienteling
  • Deliver highly personalized styling experiences that reflect the Greyson women’s aesthetic and lifestyle
  • Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive outreach, networking, appointments, and follow-up
  • Create meaningful relationships within the local community to drive awareness and connection to the Greyson Women’s brand
  • Partner with store leadership to host women’s-focused events, styling experiences, trunk shows, wellness partnerships, and community activations
  • Develop relationships with local women’s organizations, fitness communities, golf communities, social clubs, and other aligned lifestyle partners to build a genuine community
  • Serve as the in-store expert on Greyson Women’s products, fit, styling, and seasonal collections
  • Inspire and educate the broader retail team through Women’s Product Knowledge and styling sessions
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying opportunities to grow women’s sales, customer acquisition, and community engagement within the market
  • Maintain flexibility to support peak business periods, weekends, store events, and appointment-based selling opportunities
  • Represent the Greyson brand and lifestyle with authenticity, confidence, and passion

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in women’s apparel sales, styling, and clienteling within a luxury, premium, or elevated retail environment
  • Strong passion for fashion, styling, and delivering elevated client experiences
  • Deep understanding of women’s apparel, fit, wardrobe building, and styling
  • Existing client book or established local relationships strongly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building business through relationships and community
  • Proven success in relationship-based selling and client development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly relationship-oriented
  • Passion for the Greyson Women’s aesthetic, lifestyle, and brand
  • Comfortable hosting events, styling appointments, and engaging within the local community
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned to peak business periods, events, and client appointments
