Position Overview:

The CommUNITY Retail Specialist is an integral part of the Greyson Clothiers team. This position goes beyond typical retail responsibilities; it is centered on building genuine connections with our customers and engaging with the community. The Specialist will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that our store acts as a vibrant hub for customer interaction, events, and unique retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, building authentic relationships to understand and meet their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed product information and share enthusiasm for Greyson’s offerings, guiding clients in their selections.
• Inventory Management: Monitor sales floor inventory to ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders, maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints proactively and professionally.
