We are looking for a polished, highly organized professional to be the welcoming face of our studio and to help our team keep daily operations running smoothly.
The Role:
This is the perfect opportunity for an eager, detail-oriented professional looking to grow within a dynamic creative environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for our high-end clients, bringing a warm, naturally positive energy to every interaction. Key Responsibilities:
- The First Impression: Greet clients and manage incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and a polished demeanor.
- Studio Support: Monitor and route email communications, ensuring our team responds to clients promptly.
- Office Administration: Handle essential daily tasks including filing, scanning, data entry, organizing paperwork, and managing office supplies.
- Environment Curation: Take pride in maintaining a refined, welcoming, and tidy office environment that reflects our luxury brand.
- Team Assistance: Assist firm leadership with scheduling, calendar management, small administrative projects, and occasional local errands (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required).
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For):
- 2–3 years of professional office or administrative experience (reception, front desk, or customer service experience is a huge plus).
- A friendly, approachable personality with the ability to remain poised and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong, clear communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Tech-savvy, with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Highly dependable and organized, with a system for making sure basic tasks don't slip through the cracks.
- Coachable and eager to grow: You don't need to know everything on day one, but you must be a quick learner who is excited to take on new challenges.
Benefits & Perks (Why You'll Love It Here):
- Unbeatable Schedule: Start your weekend early every single week with half-day Fridays.
- Culture & Connection: Weekly company-paid team lunches and fun firm outings (escape rooms, team dinners, etc.).
- Comprehensive Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (after 90-day probationary period).
- Paid Time Off: Generous PTO, paid sick days, and 12 paid company holidays.
- Mentorship: Work directly with firm leadership to build your operational skills in a supportive environment.
- How to Apply: If you are polished, personable, and ready to bring both professionalism and positive, fun energy to our office, we’d love to meet you. Apply today with your resume and a brief note showing us why you’d be the perfect first impression for our firm.
