Greys Specialized Occupational Health Recruiting is working with an award-winning organization seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join its established, nurse-led Occupational Health team in Pittsboro, Indiana.
This is an opportunity to join an organization where Occupational Health is an important part of the business. You will work as part of a collaborative team focused on employee health, workplace safety, injury prevention, and helping employees remain healthy and productive at work.

What You Will Be Doing
This is a varied, hands-on Occupational Health position where you will work directly with employees and partner with other teams across the organization.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Occupational Health cases
- Coordinating return-to-work programs
- Conducting medical surveillance
- Supporting ergonomic assessments and workplace health initiatives
- Administering the Drug & Alcohol program
- Helping identify and reduce workplace health risks
- Providing guidance around workers' compensation cases
- Supporting employees through the workers' compensation process
- Working closely with the Safety team
- Promoting better employee health outcomes across the workplace
