About the Role
GreyMatterX is looking for motivated individuals who are interested in earning through sales commissions. This role involves reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses, introducing our digital marketing services, and either scheduling sales calls or closing deals. Full training, scripts, and qualified leads will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients
- Present company services clearly and professionally
- Schedule appointments with decision-makers (Setters)
- Conduct sales calls and close deals (Closers)
- Maintain basic record of calls and appointments
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (neutral or American accent preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal-driven personality
- Professional behavior when speaking with clients
- Ability to work remotely with stable internet
- No prior experience or educational qualifications required
Compensation
- Commission only (No base salary)
- Appointment Setters: Earn 10% commission per closed sale booked by you
- Closers: Earn 5% commission per sale you close
- Payments made after client invoice is cleared
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
