Role:
Responsible for overseeing the Loan Servicing Department and manages the macro operations of the servicing department from start to finish.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Hires, trains, directs, and evaluates employee performance within the department; recommends promotions, transfers and salary adjustments; identifies performance problems and takes action to correct, including termination.
Manages relationships with vendors including lawyers, appraisers, credit bureau executives, printers, FHLB representatives and critical software program executives.
Creates and maintains mortgage summaries, reports and spread sheets for the Board, CEO/ President, CFO, & CLO.
Oversees quality control of critical documents such as new loan forms, notes, policies and procedures, and letters.
Monitors all recording, discharge and payoffs of all mortgage and home equity loans.
Coordinates branch mortgage operations; inform branch personnel of changes in procedures, rates, forms, pricing and update software documents.
Review and balance invoices and general ledgers for all mortgage department programs.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
