Product Designer - Fintech AI (Early Team)

Financial diligence involves labor-intensive human processes, which are time-consuming and challenging to scale, hindering efficient risk identification and mitigation. Recent advancements in LLMs effectively address these challenges faced by financial institutions.

The Role

As the Founding Designer, you'll shape the visual identity and user experience of our enterprise AI platform. You'll work directly with their product and engineering teams to create intuitive interfaces that help financial institutions combat fraud and financial crime more effectively.

This is a unique opportunity to define their design system from the ground up and create experiences that make complex AI interactions feel simple and natural for enterprise users.

Ideal candidate credentials

• 5 years of experience designing enterprise software products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for complex technical products
• Experience building and implementing design systems from scratch
• Track record of leading design initiatives and collaborating with engineering teams
• Previous experience at high-growth B2B startups is a plus
• Background in designing data-heavy interfaces and visualization systems
• Experience conducting user research with enterprise customers
