Detailed Job Description: This request is for an expert level Business Analyst. The consultant selected for this position will provide expertise in the development and support of Public Safety (PS) applications. These applications are both legislatively mandated and critical for the successful support of the agencies. This position will develop and/or maintain system documentation including business requirements, and project process documentation, training plans, test plans, quality assurance and contingency operations plans, and reports.
