About the Role
As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant at Grey Aesthetics, you are the face of the client experience and a key driver of revenue growth. You will create customized treatment plans, build trust with clients, and confidently guide them into high-value services and packages that deliver real results.
This is a high-performance, sales-driven role that combines luxury client experience with STRONG closing ability. You will be responsible for building relationships, maximizing each client visit, and contributing to a fast-growing, results-focused aesthetic practice.
Compensation
Competitive hourly base: $19 /hour (based on experience)
Uncapped commission structure (high earning potential)
Performance-based bonuses and incentives
Top performers earn $80K–$150K annually through strong sales performance and package conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a Luxury Client ExperienceProvide a high-end, personalized experience that aligns with Grey Aesthetics’ brand and standards.
Conduct High-Level Consultations Educate clients on treatments, create customized plans, and confidently recommend packages and memberships.
Drive Revenue & Close SalesConvert consultations into sales by confidently closing treatments, packages, and memberships.
Upsell & Cross-Sell StrategicallyMaximize each visit with add-ons, skincare, and treatment upgrades to enhance results and revenue.
Manage Client JourneyEnsure seamless check-in, checkout, rebooking, and follow-up to maintain long-term relationships.
Hit & Exceed Sales GoalsConsistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
Assist with Front Desk & OperationsSupport scheduling, patient flow, and overall clinic efficiency.
Collaborate with TeamWork closely with providers and leadership to optimize client outcomes and sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma required, associates or bachelors preferred.
Experience:2 years in sales (aesthetic, luxury, or high-ticket sales preferred)
Sales Ability:Strong closer with confidence in recommending and selling packages ($2K–$7K )
Communication Skills:Ability to build trust, educate clients, and handle objections with ease
Professionalism:Polished, motivated, detail-oriented, and aligned with a luxury brand
Mindset:Goal-driven, competitive, and passionate about growth
Flexibility:Available evenings and weekends as needed
