Experienced Automotive Technician (A and B-level) – $35–$45/hr Bonuses (Greenwood, IN)
Full-Time Monday–Friday No Weekends

We’re looking for an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our Greenwood shop and help us continue growing GearSteady Garage Group — a veteran owned & operated, technician-first, three-location independent repair group (Cumberland, Covington, New Castle, and Greenwood). We’re not a franchise or a corporate chain. Each shop is locally run with modern equipment, steady workflow, and supportive leadership.

About GearSteady Garage Group:

Compensation & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
- Handle drivability concerns, electrical issues, and advanced diagnostics
- Perform high-quality repairs and confirm work with test drives
- Use modern scan tools, lab scopes, and diagnostic equipment
- Complete accurate repair documentation
- Work closely with service writers and collaborate with the tech team
- Optional: mentor other technicians as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- ASE certifications a plus (Master preferred but not required)
- Experience with scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
