Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing cash transactions, and driving sales. You will play a key part in maintaining an inviting and organized show floor, assisting with deliveries, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. Basic computer skills are required to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the show floor, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting
- Help coordinate deliveries to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Be a team player by supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
- Utilize basic computer skills for inventory management, sales processing, and other operational tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems or similar software
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
