Regional Quality Assurance Manager
We have been retained by a growing industrial manufacturer who is looking for a talented Regional Quality Assurance Manager!
The Regional Quality Assurance Manager will lead quality systems and processes across three U.S. manufacturing plants, with broader responsibility for manufacturing quality across the U.S. and Mexico. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this individual will oversee quality from incoming raw materials through manufacturing and finished goods, while driving improvements in quality systems, traceability, customer complaint resolution, and continuous improvement. The role will also help modernize the quality function through digital systems, automation, and data-driven quality initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- BS degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field
- 7 years of manufacturing quality experience, including multi-site or regional responsibility
- Six Sigma Black Belt with strong process improvement experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, audits, CAPA, and manufacturing quality systems
- Experience overseeing raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality
- Experience with product testing, ideally involving metals, resins, chemicals, or similar industrial products
- Strong background in traceability, root cause analysis, and customer complaint resolution
Location: Lexington, Kentucky
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
