We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly, and energetic salesperson who also has a strong dedication to customer service, the ability to provide superior styling to clients, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team.
As a Stylist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect outfits, providing styling advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role will also involve maintaining the store's visual standards and contributing to sales goals through effective upselling techniques.
Additional Skills, Knowledge and Abilities required for Sales Position:
- Ability to operate point of sale system
- Knowledge of basic cash management procedures
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
- Knowledge of retail floor merchandising and stock control
- Knowledge of basic visual merchandising techniques
- Knowledge of shop security and safety procedures
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A keen eye for fashion trends and an understanding of styling principles is desirable.
