Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
