Full Time Sales Leader

Job Summary:

Job Purpose : You will be responsible for assisting in leading the overall store service experience and operations with responsibility for achieving sales and service results. As a part of our team, you are expected to uphold all customer service expectations, assist with the visual aesthetics of the store by assisting in maintaining areas are properly set, maintained and recovered, assist with inventory and receiving procedures. You will also assist with holding yourself and the team accountable for upholding our mission statement, standards, and policies.

Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability.
• Assist with training and store staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with office to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.

Skills:

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
• Previous experience in online sales or a similar retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain store layout and stock levels.
• Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance.

Requirements:

• Retail experience in sales and store management preferred.
• 1 Years specialty retail experience.
• Ability to adapt to and embrace change.
• Ability to be mobile on a sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to motivate and inspire high performing teams.
• Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent retail sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions.
• Knowledgeable of retail principles and practices.
• Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management
