Sous Chef (Seasonal → Full-Time Opportunity)
Join our team for the summer with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Sous Chef role. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in consistency, quality, and execution.
Schedule
- Wed–Sat: 4PM – 10PM
- Sunday: 9AM – 2PM
Pay
- $18 – $24/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
- Lead kitchen operations during service
- Maintain high food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Support inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Train and manage kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with menu updates and specials
What We’re Looking For
- Sous Chef experience or strong line cook ready to step up
- Fast, organized, and detail-oriented
- Leadership mindset and team player
- Experience in high-volume or upscale kitchens preferred
