Finance Specialist - Gresham Subaru

The premier Subaru dealer in the Portland Metro, Gresham Subaru, has an exciting opening for an experienced Finance Manager! Business is going well, and now is a great time to join our team. Our Finance Managers are an integral part of our sales team and make a difference for our clientele. Working in this position, you will be responsible for acquiring financing for our clientele at the end of the transaction process. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive finance experience with a proven track record.

Finance Manager Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing and confirming the agreed-upon sales figures.

• Preparing salespeople to confer with customers about the services needed or products.

• Consulting customers to determine their wants and needs and presenting products to fulfill them.

• Obtaining credit approval, securing financing, and preparing delivery documentation.

• Provide world-class customer service to clients/guests.

Finance Manager Benefits and Compensation

• This is a commission-based position, $180,000 - $275,000/year

Finance Manager Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of prior Finance Management experience.

• 3 years of Dealership experience.

• High performer with references to support.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
