What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural PE position at Grenier Engineering, Inc.?
Established in 1986, Grenier Engineering, Inc. is a full service, multi-discipline engineering consulting firm in Tucson, Arizona. Our client base includes owners, architects, developers and design-build contractors. Our firm has design experience on many types of projects ranging from federal and municipal, educational, retail, office structures, parking garages, residential and community master plans, subdivisions, custom homes to large scale industrial projects.
Structural P.E.: The qualified candidate must have a BS in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5-7 years of structural design experience and must be a registered P.E. preferably in Arizona, or have the ability to obtain professional license immediately. Overall project management experience with client and agency interaction is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include project management of multiple projects from proposal phase through construction phase, including client interaction, structural design, analysis, quality control and facilitate the construction support services of projects and being able to manage team members. Strong oral communication and technical writing skills are needed.
