Lead Service Electrician
We’re a growing local small business looking for a Lead Service Electrician to join our team. This is an opportunity to grow with us, take the lead on service calls, run your own truck, and help train the next generation of electricians. Journeyman license preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of experience.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex wiring and electrical problems
- Get customers safely back up and running, then track down what’s actually causing the problem
- Recommend and sell long-term repairs and upgrades, not just short-term fixes
- Clearly document the scope of work on every job
- Keep the front office informed on job status, scheduling, and customer needs
- Build and grow your own base of repeat customers
- Serve both new and existing customers with clear, professional communication
- Run your own truck and direct the work of a helper
- Mentor and teach apprentices on the job
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman license, or at least 5 years of electrical experience
- Experience across service, remodel, residential, and commercial work
- Honest, dependable, and committed to doing the job right
- Strong people and communication skills
- Team-oriented and willing to share your knowledge
- Drug free with a clean driving record
Benefits
- 6 paid holidays after 90 days
- 1 week paid vacation after 1 year
- 2 weeks paid vacation after 3 years
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
