Lean Manager

We are looking for a Lean Manager to lead our teams in implementing these initiatives. The successful candidate will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cross-functional Lean workshops and improvement projects.
- Deliver hands-on training on Lean tools and principles.
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to integrate Lean into daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful Lean projects.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Bonus: Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
