What you will do
- Troubleshoot and repair multidisciplinary equipment to maintain safe, reliable operations.
- Install, configure, calibrate, and perform loop checks on transmitters, analyzers, valves, and sensors.
- Diagnose PLC/HMI/drive issues at the device and I/O level using schematics, P&IDs, logic, and test tools.
- Translate predictive maintenance findings into clear work orders and prioritized actions.
- Lead root cause analysis on recurring failures and implement reliability upgrades and spare strategies.
- Plan jobs, coordinate access with operations, and ensure safe startup/shutdown procedures (e.g., LOTO).
- Maintain calibration records, as-found/as-left data, and CMMS asset histories.
- Advise on critical spares, MRO inventory, vendors, and service contracts.
- Update and improve drawings and single-line diagrams for maintainability.
- Share best practices, coach teammates, and direct small projects or contractors when needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Preferred: Associate degree (2-year) in Manufacturing or related field.
Core capabilities
- Expert troubleshooting across electrical/electronic/mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/instrumentation systems.
- Instrumentation calibration, loop verification, and documentation discipline; knowledge of industrial devices and communications.
- PLC, HMI, and VFD diagnostics at device/I/O level; strong schematic and P&ID literacy.
- CMMS fluency for planning, history, and failure analysis; comfortable with MTBF/MTTR concepts.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance execution with actionable follow-up.
- Safety-first approach aligned to corporate procedures and applicable codes.
- Effective communicator and collaborator; able to mentor peers and work with vendors/contractors.
- Continuous improvement mindset to elevate uptime and quality.

Compensation & benefits
Pay: $29.28 - $49.86 per hour. Typical starting range for new hires: $38.00 - $45.00, with offers reflecting market data plus your skills, experience, and location. When market rates align across locations, the starting rate is the same for all applicants. The starting rate is not a guarantee of future increases. Short-term incentive eligibility may apply.
