Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all surfaces are sanitized regularly to meet health standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients when needed.
- Support the kitchen team in bussing tables and clearing plates during busy service times to ensure smooth operations.
- Help with basic food handling duties following safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.
- Support catering and banquet setups by organizing serving ware and ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready.
