Role Description
Gregory's is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead & Marketing Administrator to join our team at our office/warehouse space. We have recently moved out of the Dallas Galleria and are operating as a private shopping experience for our customers. With a showroom set up in the front of the warehouse containing thousands of unique styles, the options are endless to create something special. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual who thrives in an independent work environment while driving customer engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, reaching out to encourage in-store and online shopping.
- Develop and execute compelling marketing content that aligns with the luxury fashion industry.
- Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing.
- Manage website updates, ensuring product listing, promotions, and content remain fresh and and engaging.
- process purchase orders and coordinate inventory needs.
- strategically run sales campaigns to maximize revenue and customer interest.
- work closely with ownership to support business goals and maintain brand integrity.
Qualifications
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Strong fashion styling and wardrobe management skills.
- Sales experience and a sharp eye for trends.
- comfortable working independently while maintaining productivity and initiative.
- Experience with high-profile clients is a bonus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred
