What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fence & deck Installer position at Gregory's Fences & Decks?
Gregory’s Fences & Decks is adding to our team! We have been and will continue to work hard to provide a team-based environment. We are a family owned and operated Christian-Based Business.
We do not expect you to know how to build fences or decks. We will train you! We are looking for a people that has a good personality, works well with others, driven, and can represent our business in a Professional/Christian manner. We perform random drug test. Requirements
- Physical labor
- Must be able to pick up and carry 60-80lbs bags of concrete
- Must have reliable transportation
- Good work ethic
- Valid drivers license
- Good attitude
- Work well with others
- Must be able to pass a random drug test
- If you can read a tape measure that is a plus.
Installer:
- On a daily basis an installer will assist in loading/unloading trailers. Installer will dig post holes and pour concrete around posts. They will also lay out material on job site, and assist with fence/deck from start to finish.

- Start out $14-16 an hour for installers can go up quickly! All based on the drive to learn and work ethic!
