Class A CDL Truck Driver – Local Routes
Location: Roanoke, VA
Gregory Pallet & Lumber is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. This is a local driving position with daily home time and steady, year-round work.
Position Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 2 years of Class A driving experience
- Forklift experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely secure and transport loads
- Must pass DOT drug screening and meet all DOT requirements
- Strong work ethic with excellent customer service skills
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer on local routes
- Load and unload trailers using a forklift
- Secure loads and complete required paperwork
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Deliver and pick up pallets
