We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who knows how to build trust, keep customers informed, and create a smooth, reliable experience from first contact through ongoing service. This role is the front line of communication, helping customers feel confident, heard, and well taken care of.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service updates
- Manage customer onboarding, renewals, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in CRM software
- Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to address them
- Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to issues quickly, and ensure resolutions are completed
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to support retention and upsell opportunities
- Track customer feedback and service trends to recommend improvements
- Assist with billing questions, service reminders, and account updates
