Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and skilled landscapers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves various tasks related to landscape care, including maintenance, pruning, enhancements, irrigations and lawn care. Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscaping tasks
- Operate power tools and landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, work areas, and vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards.

Skills
- Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various power tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail in maintaining landscapes to meet client expectations.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
- A valid driver's license may be necessary for transporting equipment between job sites.
