Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other scheduling tools
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and superintendents to establish realistic and achievable schedules
- Track and analyze project progress, identifying critical paths, risks, and potential delays
- Prepare and present schedule updates, reports, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
- Support project controls functions including cost tracking, resource loading, and earned value analysis
- Ensure compliance with company and client scheduling standards and reporting requirements
- Assist in planning meetings and provide input for continuous improvement in scheduling processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path methodology, and project controls
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple priorities
