Responsibilities
- Manage existing client accounts by providing personalized service, policy reviews, and renewal negotiations and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions for personal or commercial lines
- Assist clients with claims processing and policy changes to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products and expand the customer base
- Maintain detailed sales administration records, including client interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to new and existing clients
Skills
- Property Casualty License Required
- Applied/EZ Lynx experience helpful
- Proven experience in insurance service and sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid analysis skills for evaluating client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
