Responsibilities
- Retrieve prepared dishes from the kitchen and deliver them promptly to the appropriate tables or stations
- Ensure food presentation meets quality standards before serving to guests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate order accuracy and timing
- Assist with food staging, plating, and portioning as needed to support kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food stations, including bussing tables when necessary
- Support food safety protocols by handling dishes properly and adhering to sanitation standards
- Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy and transaction processing
- Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to handle high-volume service smoothly
