Gregg Young Ford, is searching for a skilled Technician with Ford experience and certification to join our TEAM at our Ford dealership in Hortonville, Wisconsin.

Technician Requirements:
- test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
- communicates directly with the service advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
- provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- ensure all components & systems are working properly to isolate the cause of the problem
- perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards/ manufacturer standards
- establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service advisors to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
- operate independently as a rapidly as possible to repair / service the concern, & get to the next job with the support of the service manager and service advisors
- perform video multi-point inspections
Technician Employment Package:
Hours & Compensation
- 5 day work week
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
- $50,000 - $100,000/yr. and is commensurate with experience
