The Auto Service Writer - Manager position is a full-time, onsite role with a set Monday through Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm. You'll have every major holiday off-and paid-so you can plan and enjoy your time outside of work.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR AUTO SERVICE WRITER - MANAGER
You will start your day by greeting customers with a friendly attitude, ready to assess their service needs. Throughout the day, you'll prepare repair orders and accurate estimates, always communicating clearly between customers and technicians. You will schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring the workflow runs smoothly and customers receive prompt, excellent service. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help keep the shop organized, and learn new software as you manage daily operations in a supportive, results-driven team environment where having fun is part of the job.
