Role Description
We are seeking a Family Law Associate to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. We are looking for candidates that have Texas licensure and who have practiced in family law for greater than 2 years. This hybrid role is based in Allen, TX, offering a mix of in-office and remote work options. Daily responsibilities include managing family law cases, preparing legal documents, conducting client consultations, attending court hearings, and providing legal counsel. The role also involves collaborating with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Family Law and Case Management
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients and legal professionals
- Experience in litigation
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the State of Texas
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Dedication to providing empathetic, client-focused legal representation
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Compensation
Gregg and Rose Family Law offers 401(k), profit sharing, health insurance and this position salary range is $120,000 to $140,000 depending on experience.
