We have an immediate opening for a General Manager to lead our brand new luxury Porsche dealership in Santa Rosa Beach. This role requires extensive sales management, inventory, fixed operations, and P&L experience. If you have successfully led a franchised automotive dealership as a General Manager or General Sales Manager and you're a proven developer of people with strong CSI and manufacturer relations, we'd like to talk with you! Luxury import brand experience is strongly preferred. Requirements
- Extensive sales management experience.
- Extensive inventory management experience.
- Extensive fixed operations experience.
- Extensive P&L experience.
- Successfully led a franchised automotive dealership as a General Manager or General Sales Manager.
- Proven developer of people.
- Strong CSI.
- Strong manufacturer relations.
- At least five years’ general manager experience.
- Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.

- Luxury import brand experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
