What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Guide clients through every step of the vehicle purchase process
- Stay informed on vehicle inventory, features, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and effectively present product features and benefits
- Negotiate and close sales with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and dealership systems
- Stay current on automotive trends, training, and product updates
What We’re Looking For
- High energy and a positive, customer-first attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment
- Sales or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to relocate to or commute to Searcy, AR before starting
