Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Guide clients through the complete vehicle purchasing process from initial inquiry to delivery
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, features, and available promotions
- Conduct informative and engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and terms with transparency and confidence
- Follow up with prospects and previous customers to build long-term relationships and referral business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed performance goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
