Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Property & Casualty License is a plus; we are willing to train and help the right candidate obtain one.
- Previous customer service experience—insurance industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and services.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and account updates.
- Handle concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first contact resolution.
- Document all interactions clearly and accurately in our system.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience.
