HVAC SALES REP / SYSTEM DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS

As a System Sales / Design Specialist, you are the front-line of our company. You reach out to our clients and help them become part of our family, as you inform them of our services and system designs. With great care, you ensure that you are communicating clearly with clients and asking all the right questions. You use your interpersonal skills to effectively present and design system options for homeowners. If they are interested, you guide them through the process and ensure they are properly taken care of. Though you love interacting with people, you are also organized and goal-oriented. You proactively forecast sales and carefully plan out your month, quarter, and year in order to regularly achieve goals. You feel good about using your sales skills and product knowledge to help our customers!

  • Sales or customer service skills
  • Ability to hear "no" and still overcome obstacles
