Temporary Medical Front/Back Office Assistant (Armenian Speaking Required)

We are seeking a temporary Front/Back Office Medical Assistant to join our busy medical practice while a staff member is out on medical leave. This position will run approximately April through October.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Armenian and English, organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Submitting insurance authorizations
• Assisting with general front and back office administrative tasks
• Translating for Armenian-speaking patients during office visits or phone calls
• Maintaining accurate patient information in the system
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Armenian and English (required)
• Basic computer skills and comfort using scheduling or medical record systems
